Admin: Nach Auflösung des englischsprachigen Forums wegen mangelnder Beteiligung wurder der Beitrag hierher verschoben. Daher ist er in Englisch verfasst.

While changing the servers and updating the old code I took a serious look on the web analytics of the bowling community. Although we are running a "de" domain we had over 1600 visitors from foreign countries with browser language "en". That are over 250 a month (around 7-9 per day).

So I decided to add a english-speaking forum and hope we can gain some new members for our community this way. So please feel free to start some topics in this part of the board and don´t be shy in case your english is bad, main thing is we understand what you want to say Wink

I will take a look about the translations of all german phrases used on bowling-community.de. Please let me know if you found some untranslated ones and I will add them to the translation file.

Hi Udel,

that is very interested. But, I only know one person from Shanghai!!!
who is always posting. Maybe there are some more people out there, it would be nice to see how it works. Take your time, wait and see. Maybe you can write a newsletter, mail or something like that, to all the english spoken people outside. If the feedback is o.K., than you can be sure, to start this english forum. Nice idea!!

That is a great addition. If there are really so many foreign people who visit our community,
it's more probably that they are going to regist and post.
We have the opportunity to become internationally known.

Hi,
I realy know about zwo or three who are always here. That is not much.

But I like to talk and write English. You need your BRAIN for such a thread. This is very difficult for people who are out of school years ago and for such people, who have to learn FOR school Wink

it is practice!!!!

Fact is, I am realy astonished, how many people like to talk and write english in this forum. I change my mind, please let the English Forum started.
